Healthcheck Services Ltd (“us”, “we” or “our”) operates the corevue.co.uk website and the Corevue mobile application (the “Service”). This page explains how we collect, use and disclose personal data when you use our Service, and the choices you have about that data.

Removing your data
This section explains how to ask us to remove your personal data from the Corevue platform.
How to request removal
We accept removal requests through the following channels:
- By email: send your request to support@corevue.co.uk from the email address we hold on file.
- Using the data removal request form: available through the Corevue member portal. The email address and date of birth you enter must match those we hold on file.
Removal of data
All Personal Data will be removed from the Corevue platform following a confirmed removal request.
Withdrawing a request
We are unable to accept requests to withdraw a removal request: data removal is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page, and let you know by email and/or a prominent notice on our Service before the change becomes effective, updating the effective date at the top of this page.
You are advised to review this policy periodically. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
